Priced in the open. No surprises.

Most studios make you book a call to hear a number. Here are all of mine, with a builder that puts your quote together while you read.

Build your quote

Two choices, one number

Pick the size of the site, then decide who keeps it running after launch. The total updates as you go.

[ 01 ]How big is the site?
[ 02 ]After launch, who keeps it running?

Due at launch

$0

Choose a size to see your number.

Then, monthly

$0

Pick what happens after launch.

Half up front to hold your spot, the rest on launch day. The first month of care is free either way, which covers the flurry of small tweaks everyone has right after going live.

In every build

The parts nobody should have to ask for

These are not upsells. Every site leaves here with all of them.

Your own edit screen Change your words and photos yourself and hit publish. No developer, no waiting, no invoice.
Built for phones first Most of your customers arrive on a phone. The site is designed there first, then given room on bigger screens.
Found by your neighbors Page titles, descriptions, headings, and local business data set up properly so search engines know who and where you are.
A form that actually arrives Quote requests land in your inbox, tested before launch and checked again after. The whole point is the phone ringing.
A month of care, free Everyone finds things to tweak once they see it live. That first month is on me, whichever path you pick after.

Already have a website?

Your place in Google comes with you

This is where redesigns go wrong. A site can look twice as good and quietly lose the search traffic that was feeding the business, because the old addresses stopped working and nobody noticed for a month.

The same launch, done right: a short dip, then back to trend. The traffic that was feeding the business stays.

A line chart of search traffic over a year. A careless relaunch makes the line fall off a cliff and stay low. Done carefully, the same relaunch causes only a brief dip before the line recovers and keeps climbing.

So a move is a checklist, not a leap. If you have rankings worth protecting, here is what happens before anything goes live.

  • Every old page gets inventoried. Not from memory, from a crawl of your current site.
  • Every old address points somewhere sensible. Permanent redirects, no dead ends, no dumping the whole site onto the homepage.
  • Your titles and headings travel with you. Keeping the address is only half of it.
  • Your email is left alone. Website and email only share a name. I move the one and never touch the other on the same day.
  • The old site is backed up first. If anything looks wrong, we can put it back while I sort it out.
  • You get told what normal looks like. Traffic often dips for a few weeks after any move, then settles. Expected is very different from alarming.

The part agencies leave out

It is yours, easily make edits yourself

Plenty of studios build you a site and quietly become the only person who can change it. Every small edit turns into an email, a queue, and a bill. That is a business model, not a service.

Yours ships with an edit screen made for you, not for a developer. Change the words, swap the photos, update your hours, press publish.

Go ahead, try it. I am here for the big moves, not for fixing a typo.

  • Text and photos. Yours to change, any time, from any browser.
  • Hours, phone, address. Update once and it corrects everywhere it appears.
  • Reviews and gallery items. Add them as they come in.
  • Big design changes. That is my job. Either per change or included in Care+.
If you ever want to take it somewhere else, you can, for a one-time handoff of $200. Nothing is held hostage.

The process, in full

Four steps, and what each one means

The short version lives on the home page. This is the long version, so you know exactly what you are agreeing to before you agree to it. Tap a step to read it.

A call, twenty minutes or so, where I ask about the business rather than about websites. What you do, who your customers are, and the one thing you need the site to do: ring the phone, fill the calendar, or bring in quote requests.

  • I will ask whether you already have a site, and whether it earns you anything from Google. That answer decides whether this is a simple build or a careful move.
  • I will ask about your email address on the domain, because that is the thing most likely to break in a move and the thing I most want to protect.
  • You will get a straight recommendation on which size fits. If a smaller one does the job, I will say so.

I build the real thing at a private link only you have. Not a slideshow of pictures, not a mockup: a working site you can open on your own phone, send to your spouse, and scroll on the couch.

  • Two rounds of revisions are included. Send everything in one list rather than one message at a time, and I will work through it as a batch.
  • If something you ask for would hurt the site, I will tell you why and offer a better version. You are paying for that judgment, not just for the typing.
  • Nothing goes public until you say so in writing. Even a text saying go ahead.

The technical part is mine. Domain, security certificate, redirects, search console, the lot. If you have an existing site with rankings, this is where the migration checklist runs, one item at a time.

  • Your old addresses keep working, pointed permanently at their new homes.
  • Your email is not touched on launch day. Website and email are separate jobs and I keep them that way.
  • The old site is backed up first, so there is always a way back.

We sit down and I show you your edit screen. Change your words, swap your photos, update your hours, press publish. Then the first month of care is on me, which is exactly when everybody finds the small things they want moved.

  • Half up front to hold your spot on the calendar, the balance on launch day.
  • The site is yours. If you ever want to take it elsewhere, you can, for a one-time handoff.
  • After that first month, you pick how much of me you want: on call for big changes, or Care+ with hours included.
